Saudi banks’ investments in treasury bonds rose by about SAR 1.5 billion month-on-month (MoM) to SAR 552.2 billion in April, data from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) showed.
On the other hand, SAMA’s assets decreased by SAR 39 billion MoM to nearly SAR 1.82 trillion in April, as shown in the table below:
