Group Five Pipe Saudi Co. signed a contract with Saudi Aramco to supply the latter with spiral-welded steel pipes for SAR 186 million (VAT inclusive), according to a Tadawul filing today, May 30.

 

Under the two-month contract, the company will manufacture and supply spiral-welded steel pipes tailored for one of Saudi Aramco’s projects.

 

The related financial impact will be reflected in Group Five’s financial results starting from Q2 2025, it noted.
