One of Fakeeh Care’s hospitals
Dr. Soliman Abdulkader Fakeeh Hospital Co. (Fakeeh Care Group) will begin trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on June 5 under the symbol 4017 and ISIN Code SA562GSHUOH7.
The stock will trade with ±30% daily and ±10% static price fluctuation limits in the first three days, Tadawul said in a statement.
From the fourth trading day onwards, the daily price fluctuation limits will revert to +/-10%, while the static price fluctuation limits will no longer apply.
In a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applied the increase in the number of Fakeeh Care’s shares to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, June 3.
Fakeeh Care offered 49.8 million shares to the public, representing 21.47% of its post-IPO capital, Argaam earlier reported.
The retail offering was 14.5x covered and the number of individual subscribers reached 1.34 million. Three shares were allocated per subscriber.
