Aldawaa, Mouwasat set up new company specializing in medical clinics

Aldawaa Medical Services Co. and Mouwasat Medical Services Co. announced the establishment of a limited liability company specializing in medical clinics named Modawa and Rieaya Medical Co., headquartered in Khobar, with a capital of SAR 1 million.

 

In separate statements on Tadawul, the companies stated that the shares are distributed as follows: 49% for Aldawaa and 51% for Mouwasat.
