Jabal Omar shareholders elect board members for new 4-year term

Shareholders of Jabal Omar Development Co. elected nine board members for the next four-year term starting June 30, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 9.
 
 

In a statement to Tadawul, Jabal Omar said the elected members are Saeed Al-Ghamdi, Abdulaziz Altubayyeb, Badr Al-Sayari, Ahmed Al-Qasabi, Yasser Al-Kadi, Wahdan Al-Kadi, Khaled Alkhattaf, Thaleb Al-Shamrani, and Saleh Al-Hadban.
