Raoom files for transition to Main Market

Raoom Trading Co. applied on June 11 for transition from Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The application was submitted online as required by regulatory authorities, Raoom said.

 

In December 2023, the board of directors approved the company’s transition to the Main Market (TASI).

 

Raoom was listed on Nomu in February 2022, with SAR 62.5 million capital, Argaam earlier reported.
