Edaa implements securities increase on SASCO

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced implementing securities quantity increase for Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) into the accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, June 12, according to a statement.

 

Earlier this week, shareholders of SASCO approved a 16.67% capital increase, through a 1:6 bonus issue, Argaam reported.
