Bena scraps MoU signed with UK's Alderley

Bena Steel Industries Co. and UK's Alderley Co. agreed to cancel the memorandum of understanding (MoU) they had previously signed, according to a statement to Tadawul today, June 12. 

 

The two parties agreed to terminate the MoU today for not reaching an agreement in this regard. 

 

 

The MoU was signed in July 2023 in order to accelerate the capacity and solutions needed for the Kingdom’s energy transition, according to Argaam's data.
