Raydan Chairman resigns, Nair Al-Sulami takes helm

Raydan Food Co. said that Omar Alsulami (non-executive member) resigned from his position as Chairman of the board of directors and sub-committees, effective June 12, 2024.

 

The resignation was submitted due to personal circumstances, according to a statement to Tadawul.
