Qassim Cement lists consideration shares on HCC acquisition

Qassim Cement Co. completed the procedure related to depositing consideration shares to Hail Cement Co.’s (HCC) shareholders and their listing as of today, June 13.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Qassim Cement said it will later announce the deposit of the fractional share proceeds from the takeover of HCC to the latter’s shareholders, as set out in the offer document.
