United International Transportation Co.’s (Budget Saudi) board of directors appointed Ibrahim Almojel (Independent member) as Chairman and Abdulwahab Albetari as Deputy Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also approved the formation of the audit, remuneration and nominations, as well as executive committees, as well as the appointment of the board's secretary.

The company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority, Tadawul Group, and Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) were also appointed for all purposes related to applying the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
