Al Naqool sells almost 30% of Deer Villa project

Mohammed Hasan Al Naqool Sons Co. has so far concluded approximately 30% the sale of the Deer Villa project to its subsidiary, Deer Real Estate Co., expecting the entire project to be sold out this year.

 

In a Tadawul statement, today, June 27, the company added that 85% of the project has been completed, indicating that the housing market’s stagnation during H2 2023 delayed the previously announced date.

It affirmed no increase in the project cost, anticipating a relevant positive impact to show in the interim and annual financial statements for 2024.
