Edaa implements securities increase on 2P

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented a securities quantity increase for Perfect Presentation Co. for Commercial Services Co. (2P), on the center’s accounts of eligible shareholders as of today, June 30.

According to data available on Argaam, 2P shareholders approved, on June 25, the board recommendation to increase capital by 100% via a 1-for-1 bonus issue through the capitalization of SAR 150 million from the retained earnings.
