Shams shareholders appoint auditor

Tourism Enterprise Co.'s (Shams) shareholders approved appointing MAHAM Consulting Office as auditor to review and audit financial statements for Q2, Q3, and Q4 2024, as well as Q1 2025, with fees of SAR 180,000.

 

The decision was made during the ordinary general meeting held on June 27, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved the board and auditor's reports as well as financial statements for 2023.
