Additionally, Muhammad Murad, independent member, was appointed to replace Badran Al-Badran, independent member, who also resigned on the same date. Hamzah Joharji, another independent member, replaced Ziyad Al-Barrak, who stepped down as independent member on June 24.

These appointments are effective from June 27 to fulfill the remaining term of the current board, concluding on April 3, 2027.

The company emphasized that the appointments are subject to ratification at the first general meeting.

According to data available on Argaam, Fayez and Al-Badran resigned due to personal reasons, whereas Al-Barrak cited allegations of board meetings' non-compliance with regulations as the reason for his resignation.

Previously, shareholders had approved the dismissal of both Al-Barrak and Fayez and filed a liability lawsuit against them upon the request of shareholders.
