AICTEC shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividends for 2024

Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology’s (AICTEC) shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2024, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on June 27.

They also granted the board the powers of the ordinary general assembly for a one-year period effective from the general assembly’s approval date or until the end of authorized board term, whichever is earlier, in accordance with the Companies Law.
