Al Sagr signs motor insurance contract with Key Car Rental

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. received today, June 30, an order of a motor insurance policy for Key Car Rental Co. to cover the company's vehicles, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

It added that the contract value exceeds 5% of the gross written premiums, based on the audited financial statements for 2023. It aims to provide comprehensive commercial vehicle insurance service.

The contract term will be one year, starting from July 1, 2024, until June 30, 2025, Al Sagr said.

 

It added that the contract is expected to have a positive impact on its financial results for 2023.

 

The insurer also noted that there are no related parties, and no preferential treatment was granted in this contract, as it falls within the company’s usual doing business.
