Tihama unable to issue FY2023/24 financials on time; stock on halt as of July 1

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. announced inability to publish annual financial results duly for the period ended March 31, 2024, due to the failure to meet a quorum during the board meeting to approve the annual results, according to a statement to Tadawul today, June 30.

 

The procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will apply as per the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) listing rules, said the company, adding that the stock will be put on halt as of tomorrow, July 1.

It also stated that the company's general assembly will be held to elect board members to complete the current board term.

 

Tihama is expected to publish its annual financial results on July 29.
