Almujtama OGM approves no dividend for 2023

Shareholders of Almujtama Alraida Medical Co. approved the board of directors’ recommendation on withholding 2023 dividends during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 30.

 

The remaining agenda items were also approved, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
