Saudi Fisheries shareholders reject paying board remuneration for 2023

Saudi Fisheries Co.’s shareholders disapproved the payment of SAR 893,720 in board remuneration for 2023 during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 30, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders agreed to discharge the board of directors from liability for the same year, the statement added.
