Natural Gas Distribution Co.’s (NGDC) shareholders agreed on the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute a cash dividend of SAR 0.5 per share, or 5% of the company’s capital, for 2023 during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on June 30, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
