Ash-Sharqiyah EGM refuses to pay board remuneration

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.'s shareholders decided not to pay SAR 2.75 million in remuneration to the board of directors for the term ending July 19, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 30.

 

In a Tadawul statement today, July 1, the company said shareholders also approved moving the headquarters from Dammam to Riyadh.

They also greenlit amending Article 3 of the Articles of Association, related to Ash-Sharqiyah's business purposes.
