TADCO reappoints Maged Al-Soegh as Chairman, Ahmed Khogeer as Vice Chairman

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) board of directors reappointed Maged Al-Soegh as Chairman of the board, during a meeting held on July 2, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

The board also decided to appoint Ahmed Khogeer as Vice Chairman.

Moreover, the board approved the formation of the remuneration and nominations committee to include Ahmed Al-Soegh, Fahad Al-Samih and Abdullah Al-Harbi.

The statement pointed out that the board further formed the executive committee to include Abdullah Al-Harbi, Ahmed Khogeer, Hammad Al-Muhailib and Yahya Mubaraki (CEO).

The audit committee will be announced later after the board completes the formation of the committee members.

The statement highlighted that the secretary of the board was appointed, as well as the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
