Tihama to monthly update on delayed disclosure of financial results

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. will announce monthly updates on its inability to disclose its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Tihama affirmed its commitment to publishing financial results immediately in case of any material developments.

 

At the end of June, Tihama said it is unable to publish its annual financial results on time due to failure to meet a quorum during the board meeting, Argaam reported.

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) halted trading on Tihama’s shares on July 1.
