The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) affirmed its commitment to supporting the employment of nationals in the private sector, spending SAR 2.3 billion in this respect by the end of the first half of 2024.

About 220,000 nationals benefited from the employment support product during the same period, the state-run SPA reported.

The program aims to enhance professional sustainability and the participation of the Saudi youth in various fields and activities of the labor market, achieving job stability in private sector establishments. The financial support ratio in the program ranges between 30% and 50%, with a maximum of SAR 3,000.

Through its programs and products, the fund seeks to continue developing and enhancing the skills of the Saudi youth, increasing their participation in the labor market, and driving the private sector’s contribution to localization.

Additionally, it aims to strengthen partnerships with relevant entities in training, employing, and empowering national cadres, increasing their competitiveness and sustainability. This contributes to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 for developing human capital and the labor market strategy.
