CATRION inks MoU to purchase 85 catering trucks

CATRION Catering Holding Co. signed on July 4 a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mallaghan Engineering Ltd. in Belfast, Northern Ireland, to purchase 85 catering trucks over four years (2024-2027).

 

This is part of CATRION's target growth strategy, aiming to strengthen and renew its fleet, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The MoU further constitutes a crucial investment step aimed at strengthening CATRION's operational capacity and achieving its future objectives in the aviation sector in line with Vision 2030. The company seeks to expand its fleet to 205 trucks by 2027.

 

CATRION seeks to achieve the highest technical standards, and improve its services in line with the aspirations of its customers while boosting sustainability and reducing the environmental impact.

 

The MoU has no related parties, and it is difficult to determine the related financial impact at present, the statement added.
