Jahez submits request for transition to main market

Nomu-listed Jahez International Company for Information System Technology submitted today, July 7, a request for transition to the Main Market (TASI).

 

The application will be submitted through the online portal developed by the regulator, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

In March, Jahez’s board of directors approved the transition to the Main Market, Argaam reported.

 

The company debuted on the Nomu-Parallel Market in January 2022 with a capital of SAR 104.92 million at SAR 850/share.

 

In November 2023, Jahez shareholders approved a board recommendation to reduce the per share nominal value from SAR 10 to SAR 0.5.
