Saudi Enaya inks deal with Fakeeh Care to provide insurance services

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. received, on July 11, health insurance coverage to Dr. Soliman Abdulkader Fakeeh Hospital Co. (Fakeeh Care).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the insurer said it will provide health insurance for Fakeeh Care's employees and families for one year starting from July 14, 2024.

Saudi Enaya added that the contract value exceeds 5% of total revenue as per the latest audited financial statements for 2023.

 

The contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial results for 2024, the statement added.

 

Meanwhile, the insurer confirmed that the agreement was made in the ordinary course of business and did not grant any preferential benefits, with no related parties to the deal.
