Naba Alsaha reappoints Abdulwahab Al-Ajroush as Chairman

Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co.'s board of directors reappointed today, July 14, Abdulwahab Al-Ajroush as Chairman and Nathir Al-Jishi as Vice Chairman for the three-year term ending July 13, 2027.

 

The board also appointed members of the audit committee, the company said in a statement on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

Furthermore, the company appointed its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Tadawul, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) and the board secretary.
