Anaam's subsidiary inks deal to set up, operate 42 kids entertainment, educational centers

Anaam International Holding Group's subsidiary Saudi Wasit Factory for Entertainment & Beauty Systems signed, on July 11, an agreement with Saudi-based company PAUSA to establish and operate 42 kids'entertainment and educational centers in Saudi Arabia. 

 

These centers will be established in shopping malls, public parks, public and private schools, and kindergartens, at a total cost of SAR 25 million, within 24 months, according to a Tadawul filing today, July 14.

Saudi Wasit will get a revenue share for operating these centers. Anaam would see a positive financial impact in 2024 and 2025 as a result of the deal. 

 

PAUSA is specialized in the field of entertainment and children’s education and has many centers in malls based in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. It has strategic partnerships with the Ministry of Culture and many companies such as Toys R Us, Alhokair and others.
