KEIR signs SAR 78.8M contract with Saudi Electricity

Keir International Co. signed today, July 15, a contract with Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC) for the project of establishing a ground line between two stations in Wadi Al Dwaser, at a value of SAR 78.78 million (excluding value-added tax).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company added that the contract term is 25 months and will include high-voltage (132KV) underground cable work, substation works, protection works for substations, and communication works for SCADA and SAS systems.

KEIR expects the related financial impact to appear in Q4 2024 until Q4 2026, noting that there are no related parties.
