Makkah Municipality offers 3 residential development plans

Makkah Municipality offered the private sector the development of three large grant plans in Makkah, totaling 8.1 million square meters, Saudi Press Agency reported. 

 

The tenders include three of the largest residential plans in Makkah, located in the south and east of the city. These include Crown Prince Plan 9, Section (B) with an area of 6.08 million square meters; Duty Martyrs of Plan with 1.36 million square meters; and Ash-Sharaʼi Plan 17 with 674,160 square meters.

 

These plans are offered for private sector investment to implement comprehensive infrastructure services. This includes essential services like rock cutting, leveling, asphalting, installing sidewalks and lighting, and executing stormwater drainage, sewage, water, and electricity networks, all in line with approved technical standards and specified conditions to benefit citizens.

 

The deadline for selling tender documents for Crown Prince Plan 9 (B) and Martyrs of the Nation Plan is July 27, 2024, while for Ash-Sharaʼi Plan 17, it is Sept. 29, 2024. The cost of the tender documents for all three projects is SAR 25,000.
