Saudi Azm signs services contract with NCGR

Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. signed a contract with the National Center for Government Resource Systems (NCGR) to provide managed services for activating government resource systems and managing knowledge and change, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

The contract term is 36 months, with its value exceeding 15% of the company’s total revenues for 2023 of SAR 190.4 million, representing approximately SAR 28.6 million.

Saudi Azm expects the contract to positively impact its financial results for 2025, 2026, and 2027.

 

The contract was awarded on May 6 and signed on July 15. The necessary signatures were completed, with a copy of the contract received today, July 17.
