Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co.'s (Allianz SF) board of directors approved on July 17 the resignation of CEO Anuj Agarwal, effective today, July 18.

 

The resignation was submitted due to personal reasons, the insurer said in a Tadawul statement.

Meanwhile, the board of directors gave the go-ahead for the appointment of Abdulrahman Aldokheel as the new CEO, effective July 21, after receiving the non-objection from the Insurance Authority.
