AICC reshuffles executive committee members

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co.'s (AICC) board of directors approved today, July 18, the reformation of the executive committee after obtaining a non-objection from the Insurance Authority on July 17, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The formation of the executive committee will be as follows: Nadine Hassan El Habbal (Chairman), Abdulaziz Saleh Al Omair (Member), Othman Mohammed Ali Bedair (Member), and Ziyad Mohammed Al Rubaish (Member).

The company also noted that the board of directors’ current three-year term began on April 6, 2023, and will expire on April 5, 2026.
