ASG Plastic Factory IPO price range on Nomu set at SAR 40-44/share

Yaqeen Capital Co., the financial advisor and lead manager for the potential initial public offering (IPO) of ASG Plastic Factory Co., set the offering price range on the Nomu-Parallel Market at SAR 40-44 per share.

 

The book-building period for qualified investors will run between July 28 and Aug. 5, according to a filing to Tadawul.

The company earlier announced that it plans to float 750,000 shares, representing 10.64% of its post-IPO capital of SAR 70.5 million and 11.90% of its pre-IPO capital, according to data available with Argaam.
