Miral EGM to vote on authorizing board to pay interim dividends for 2024 on Aug. 14

Shareholders of Miral Dental Clinics Co. are set to vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends for 2024 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis in the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on Aug. 14, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

Miral's shares were directly listed on the Nomu-Parallel Market on May 29 at SAR 100 each.
