Tihama misses deadline to disclose FY2023/24 financials

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. stated today, July 29, that it failed to publish the financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, within the notified deadline.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said this was due to the failure to meet a quorum during the board meeting to approve the annual results.

Tihama is expected to publish its annual results before Aug. 30, 2024, as the general meeting is scheduled for Aug. 12 to vote on electing four board members for the vacant positions.

Accordingly, the stock will be put on a trading halt as of July 30 until the company discloses its financials as per the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) listing rules.

Developments related to the company's inability to publish its financials will be announced on a monthly basis, the statement noted.
