Al-Babtain reappoints Ibrahim ABabtain as Chairman, Abdulaziz ABabtain as Vice Chairman

Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co.’s board of directors reappointed today, July 29, Ibrahim ABabtain as Chairman and Abdulaziz ABabtain as Vice Chairman.

 

The board also rehired Yasser Ali as board secretary, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

The audit committee will be chaired by Ahmad Al Monueef, with members Essam Al Segairi, Abdulkareem ABabtain and Khaled ABabtain.

 

The nominations and remuneration committee will be chaired by Ibrahim Daghriri, with members Khaled ABabtain and Sultan ABabtain.

 

Meanwhile, the company also appointed representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
