Real Estate Market logs 500,000 transactions: Ministry of Justice

The Ministry of Justice revealed that Saudi Real Estate Market registered more than 500,000 transactions since its launch in late August 2023.

The Real Estate Market offers 24/7 services, including property trading, buying and selling as well as parcel subdivision and merging services through property identity, updating title deeds, and property inquiries. It also provides mortgage services and related matters.

Additionally, it features daily indicators for the value of real estate transactions across cities and districts across the Kingdom. These indicators can be displayed on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis, or for the entire historical period of transactions from the start of e-listing.

The indices depend on calculating the number of transactions and properties, while determining their value in Saudi Riyals and measuring the area in square meters.

Users can also compare property prices in the most active areas and compare them across different Saudi regions.
