MIS is a party to this deal, being the exclusive leasing agent and the facility manager for the six data centers owned by Saudi Data Center Fund 1, the statement added.

The contract term is 10 years, with two optional extension terms of five years each.

MIS expects a positive financial impact as a result of this deal, starting from H1 2026, noting that there are no related parties.

The agreement allows Microsoft Arabia the option to increase the reserve capacity to up to 600% of the initial capacity, MIS said.

It also clarified that this contract represents the third in a series of agreements signed with Microsoft Arabia for the colocation of data centers. With this contract, the total number of leased data centers became three.

The company stated that any relevant developments will be disclosed in due course.
