Saudi Azm signs contract with Monshaat

Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. signed a contract with the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monshaat), valued at over 5% of its 2023 revenues.

 

Under the 28-month agreement, Saudi Azm will operate, develop, and maintain Monshaat's internal systems, according to a statement to Tadawul today, July 31.

Saudi Azm expects the contract to positively impact its financial results for 2024 and 2025.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

 

The necessary signatures were obtained, and a copy of the contract was received today.
