In July 2021, MIS signed development, design and facility management agreements with Saudi Fransi Capital for some Saudi-based data centers, with the latter being the proposed private investment fund manager, according to Argaam’s data.

Under these deals, MIS will act as the developer and designer to carry out the design and development works for six data centers across the Kingdom, each with an initial capacity of four megawatts and an estimated first-phase budget of SAR 1.2 billion, on a turnkey basis.
