Tharwah HR IPO priced at SAR 62/share on Nomu

Value Capital, the financial advisor on the initial public offering (IPO) of Tharwah HR Co. on the Nomu-Parallel Market, set the offering price at SAR 62 per share.

 

The offering period for qualified investors will run on Aug. 4-11, according to the Tadawul website.

The company plans to float 705,740 shares on Nomu, representing 15% of its post-IPO capital amounting to SAR 23.53 million (17.64% of pre-IPO capital), according to data available with Argaam.
