Al Abdullatif rebrands to ARTEX Industrial Investment on Tadawul

Al Abdullatif Industrial Investment Co. announced amending its name on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) to ARTEX Industrial Investment Co.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it received the amended commercial register with the new name.

In the extraordinary general assembly held in June, the company's shareholders approved amending Article 2 of the company's Articles of Association related to its name.
