MIS signs SAR 78.7M contract with IMSIU

Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) signed today, Aug. 8, a contract for a operating the comprehensive computer system at Imam Mohammad ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU) at a total of SAR 78.7 million, inclusive of VAT.

The contract is valid for 36 months, MIS said in a statement to Tadawul.

The project includes providing the following application management and datacenter and information center management and operation services.

MIS will also provide network, internet, and communications management services and services for managing and developing information security systems, as well as quality, risk and business continuity management services. Under the contract, MIS will also provide enterprise architecture office management and operation services, as well as digital project management development and operation services.

The relevant financial impact is expected to show from Q3 2024 to Q3 2027, MIS added.
