Saud Arabia has flexible policies in facing global challenges: EDACThe Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's flag

The Economic and Development Affairs Council (EDAC) said the Kingdom has flexible economic policies in addressing global challenges through building a diverse and stable economic base.

This comes amid a continued decline in inflation rate to 1.5% in July, and a rise in exports by 8.2% year-on-year in May on economic diversification efforts.

During a virtual meeting, the council reviewed several reports and topics on its agenda, including the monthly presentation by the Ministry of Economy and Planning regarding the performance of the global and local economy for August 2024. It then made the necessary decisions and recommendations in this regard.
