AOL issues commercial register for new subsidiary

Academy of Learning Co. (AOL) completed issuing the Articles of Incorporation as well as the company commercial register of its new subsidiary, with a capital of SAR 10 million, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new subsidiary will set up, operate, and acquire schools in national and international education.

The step is in line with AOL’s distinguished educational and successful training experiences over the past 20 years, the company said, noting that establishing the schools will be through its resources as well as external funding.

 

In May, AOL’s board of directors approved establishing a company specializing in private and foreign education with a capital of SAR 10 million, data compiled with Argaam showed.
