Tihama unable to issue Q1 2024/25 financials on time

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. announced inability to publish financial results duly for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, due to the failure to meet a quorum during the board meeting to approve the annual results, according to a statement to Tadawul today, Aug. 12.

The company will announce developments regarding the inability to publish the financial results on a monthly basis,  the statement said, noting that the procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will apply as per the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) listing rules.

 

On July 30, Tadawul announced suspending trading on Tihama's shares again until the financial statements for the period ended on March 31, 2024 are announced, according to data available with Argaam.
