Saudi Industrial Exports Co. (Sadirat) postponed its first and second extraordinary general assembly meetings (EGMs), slated for Monday, Aug. 12, due to lack of quorum, the company said in a Tadawul statement.
The firm will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
The company will not be able to appoint an auditor if the general assembly is not convened and therefore will be unable to announce the financial statements, Sadirat said.
The third meeting will be held by the shareholders who are present at the meeting without a quorum, the Saudi-listed firm further noted.
